HOME CARE

Home Care

We deliver high-quality generic and specialized care and support services that empower adults with diverse needs to achieve positive outcomes. Our extensive experience includes catering to adults with physical disabilities such as visual impairment, hearing impairment, chronic and debilitating health conditions (HIV/AIDS), neurological disorders, and physical disabilities resulting from strokes. Additionally, we offer care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions, and dual diagnoses. Our services encompass personal care, assistance with shopping, housing-related support, and live-in support.

In our recruitment, we prioritize assembling a diverse staff that mirrors the varied needs of service users, ensuring inclusivity across race, ethnicity, gender, faith, sexuality, disability, age, or class. This approach acknowledges and addresses the unique needs of service users from Black and Minority Ethnic Community backgrounds.

Our domiciliary care service harmonizes three key objectives of social care reform: personalization, recovery, and prevention. Consequently, our assessments and support planning are person-centered, concentrating on outcomes that enhance service users’ ability to live well with reduced care. The primary goal is to support individuals in reclaiming their independence initially and subsequently diminishing their dependence on care while preventing its escalation.

Our mission involves providing a spectrum of adaptable care and support services to guarantee that individuals with learning disabilities achieve maximum independence and remain closely connected with their local communities.
